We would appreciate your honoring the following policies:

• We request a 24-hour notice for all cancellations. (A 50% no-show fee will be applied to all services over $125) 
• For parties of 3 or more, we require a 20% deposit on a credit card to hold appointments.
• When booking bridal parties, please ask about our bridal contract.
• All gift certificates are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Elderly or handicapped persons requiring assistance should be accompanied by an escort at the Spa
• We also suggest you change for chemical services, as we will not be responsible for damaged clothing. For water therapies, please feel free to bring a bathing suit.
• Cell phones must be turned off in the spa areas and the Studio.

Children: We love children, but the spa is not the safest place for them. There are chemicals and tools with excessive heat being used. Please refrain from bringing children to the spa unless they have a scheduled appointment. We strive to create a relaxing environment for all of our clients and we ask that you respect this policy.

Amenities: Lockers and robes will be provided and we advise that you leave your jewelry and other valuables at home. We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage of personal articles.

CHECK IN
Being on time for you appointment is greatly appreciated so that you may receive your full service and our other clients are not inconvenienced. We suggest arriving 15 minutes prior to the start of your appointment.

GIFT CERTIFICATES
Gift certificates can be purchased in-person, 
over the phone, or on-line.

Gratuities are not included in the price of services. You can arrange to have gratuities included in a Gift Certificate or group bookings. Tip envelopes are provided and can be placed in the mailbox by the check out counter.
