PLEASE READ BOOKING DIRECTIONS AND POLICIES FIRST
Color services MUST be booked before cutting, blowdry or other styling service.
Please select haircuts and blow drys as separate, additional services. Color and other hair treatments are booked individually, they do not include cutting or drying hair.
If you do not select these additional services when booking, you will experience a longer wait time in the salon or we may not have availability for your additional services to be performed that day.
If you find you are unable to book multiple services online, we do not have availability in our schedule for your additional services to be performed in your selected time window. Please contact us by phone (215) 247-2008 and a member of our team will assist in finding a time that works best for you, when all your services can be executed by your preferred staff member.
Please honor the following policies:
We request a 24-hour notice for all cancellations. A 50% fee of scheduled services will be charged to your account in the event of a no-show, or with failure to provide 24 hour notice.
For parties of 3 or more, we require a 20% deposit on a credit card to hold appointments.
When booking bridal parties, please ask about our bridal contract.
All gift certificates are non-refundable and non-transferable.

We also suggest you change for chemical services, as we will not be responsible for damaged clothing.

CHILDREN: We love children, but the spa is not the safest place for them. There are chemicals and tools with excessive heat being used. Please refrain from bringing children to the spa unless they have a scheduled appointment. We strive to create a relaxing environment for all of our clients and we ask that you respect this policy.​​
CHECK-IN: Being on time for you appointment is greatly appreciated so that you may receive your full service and our other clients are not inconvenienced. We suggest arriving 15 minutes prior to the start of your appointment.

GIFT CERTIFICATES: Gift certificates can be purchased in-person, over the phone, or online. Please provide gift certificate number when booking an appointment and present certificate upon arrival at the spa.

AIRBRUSH TANNING GUIDELINES: It is recommended that you have any facial or body waxing done prior to your spray tan. Do not get waxed after your spray tan and before you shower. Please exfoliate and shave before your spray tan. This will remove excess skin and will ensure a more even tan. You cannot have any lotion, makeup, sunscreen, or oil on your skin at the time of your appointment, even if it has been applied earlier in the day. We have makeup wipes in the salon if you need to remove makeup prior to your appointment.
