We've been open since June 26, 2020, have performed services on over 3,500 guests with zero cases of Covid-19 linked to the spa. Elysium Staff is currently following up to date safety guidelines and our salon floor has a new socially-distanced layout. We also offer chairs outdoors and in private rooms in our spa area.
Masks will be required for clients for the foreseeable future;
if you do not bring your own, one will be provided for you during your visit. We recommend bringing a disposable mask if you are getting a color or chemical treatment.

We reserve the right to deny entry if policies are not strictly followed by guests.
We are BY APPOINTMENT ONLY at this time. Individuals who do not have a scheduled appointment will not be permitted to enter the salon and spa. Retail is available for curbside pickup. We prefer appointments be made by phone at this time over online booking. Over the phone we can assure enough time is blocked off between clients for staff to properly sanitize chairs and equipment. If you book online, you may be contacted to adjust for time.
Screening is required, please answer questionnaire at the bottom of this page within 24 hours of your appointment.
When you arrive for your appointment:
1. DO NOT ENTER UNTIL PROMPTED BY OUR STAFF. Please contact us by phone at the time of your arrival by calling 215-247-2008 or texting 215-280-9868. We will notify you when you are permitted to enter for your appointment. PLEASE bear with us if we are running behind for your appointment - we are completing increased sanitation and disinfecting procedures in between each client.
Upon entry you will be required to WASH OR SANITIZE YOUR HANDS.
2. LIMIT PERSONAL BELONGINGS. We request that you limit personal belongings brought into the Salon and Spa at this time. Please try to leave purses and bags in your car. Beverages must have a tightly sealed lid, please do not bring food items unless you have a medical reason. No in-spa refreshments will be available at this time.
3. MASKS AND SCREENINGS REQUIRED. Guests must have appropriate mask prior to entry for the safety of all guests and staff members. COVID-19 screenings and temperatures must be completed prior to entry. This prescreening waiver MUST be received prior to your appointment time.
4. WAITING AREAS ARE CLOSED. Our waiting areas are presently closed. Magazines are not available at this time. Our retail area is closed for browsing, but we are able to pull products for purchase and bring them directly to you during your services!
